01Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to any Oracle Intelligence Network ("OIN", "we", "our", "operator") product or accessing our Telegram channels, you ("subscriber", "you") agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not subscribe and do not access the Telegram channels.

02Service Description

OIN aggregates public geopolitical, on-chain, and prediction-market data, processes it through a multi-stage statistical and machine-learning pipeline, and publishes the resulting signals via Telegram channels and HTTP APIs. Signals describe historical patterns and probabilistic forecasts. They are not buy / sell instructions and they are not guaranteed to be profitable.

The current production mode is paper-shadow: the system tracks would-be trades against published signals using a calibrated virtual bankroll but does not execute real-money orders on behalf of subscribers. Real-money execution requires explicit operator authorisation under the Phase 1A funding gate.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must not be subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United Nations, nor be located in a sanctioned country.
You must be permitted under your local law to send USDC on the Polygon network and to follow signals about prediction-market events.
Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit prediction-market participation. Compliance with your local law is your responsibility.

04Account & Identity

OIN does not require email accounts or passwords. Your subscription is bound to your Telegram user id and to the wallet from which payment was sent. Channel access is granted via single-use invite links delivered by the @OinSignalbot bot. You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account and your payment wallet. We cannot recover access for compromised Telegram accounts.

05Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are sold in monthly tiers paid in advance via USDC.e or pUSD on the Polygon network. Pricing as of the effective date:

Hobby — USD 19 / month · Telegram signal feed.
Pro — USD 99 / month · signal feed plus API access (where documented).
Quant / Enterprise — custom pricing under separate agreement.

Payments are processed on-chain. Once confirmed, transactions are final and irreversible by the operator. Refunds, where applicable, are processed under our Refund Policy. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must initiate each renewal by sending a new USDC payment to the published wallet address.

06Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on a subscriber's first purchase of any tier. Subsequent renewals and tier upgrades are not refundable except as required by applicable consumer-protection law. Full terms and the refund-request workflow are in the Refund Policy.

07Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use signals to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion.
Resell, rebroadcast, or republish signal content for compensation without a separate written license.
Scrape or automate access to the Telegram channels in violation of Telegram's terms.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying model from API responses.
Use the service to harass, defame, or otherwise harm any party.
Misrepresent your identity, evade payment, or claim refunds in bad faith.

08Intellectual Property

All signal content, methodology descriptions, code, designs, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of the operator. Subscribers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and personally act on signals during their active subscription. The license does not grant the right to redistribute, rehost, or train derivative models on the signal corpus.

09Privacy

We collect minimal data — primarily your Telegram user id and on-chain payment transactions. We do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify individuals. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers

No financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Signals are statistical observations, not recommendations. Past performance does not predict future results. Calibrated win rates and confidence bounds describe historical samples and may degrade without notice. Prediction-market participation may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction; you bear sole responsibility for that determination.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the total subscription fees you paid us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or for any losses incurred from following or not following any signal.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any losses you incur from acting on signals.

13Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending /cancel to @OinSignalbot. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current term except under the Refund Policy. The operator may suspend or terminate access immediately for any breach of these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license to view signals ends, but accrued rights and obligations (including indemnities and limits of liability) survive.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of formation. Pending formal entity formation (anticipated within 90 days of Phase 1A revenue activation; jurisdictions under review are Cayman, Estonia, and BVI; interim disputes governed by binding individual arbitration), disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration on a documents-only basis, in English, conducted by mutually agreed arbitration provider, with each party bearing its own costs. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.

// JURISDICTIONAL CLARITY (WAVE 9) The operator is currently in an unincorporated anonymous-operator structure ("Oracle Intelligence Network · entity formation pending filing"). Entity formation (Cayman, Estonia, BVI, or other) is scheduled in Wave 9 of the public site roadmap. When the entity is incorporated, these Terms will be amended to reflect the registered seat and governing law. Subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice via the Telegram channel before any such change becomes effective.

15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram channel and on this page at least 30 days before they become effective. Your continued use of the service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel under section 13.
