Refund policy

017-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For your first paid subscription to any Oracle Intelligence Network tier (Hobby / Pro / Quant), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the on-chain confirmation timestamp of your initial payment. No reason required.

The guarantee covers the first-purchase only. Subsequent renewals and tier upgrades fall outside the 7-day refund window, except where applicable law requires otherwise (in which case the longer of the legal window and 7 days applies).

02How to Request a Refund

  1. DM @OinSignalbot with /refund within 7 days of your payment, or
  2. Email contact@oracleintel.io with the subject line "Refund · <your tx hash>".

Please include: the payer wallet address, the Polygon transaction hash (0x…), and your Telegram username (so we can revoke channel access cleanly).

03Refund Method

Refunds are paid in the same token, on the same chain, to the same wallet that originated the payment. We do not refund to a different wallet, to a different chain, or in a different stablecoin. This is both a security measure (prevents address-substitution fraud) and an audit-trail requirement.

Network gas fees for the refund transaction are paid by us and not deducted from the refund amount. The refund is for the full subscription fee.

// IMPORTANT Make sure the wallet you paid from is still under your control. We cannot refund to a wallet whose keys you no longer hold — the on-chain transaction will succeed but the funds will be unrecoverable. If you have lost access to the originating wallet, contact us before initiating a refund so we can document the case.

04Timing

Confirmed refund requests are paid within 72 hours of approval, and typically the same business day. Telegram channel access is revoked at the moment we initiate the refund transaction.

05Non-Refundable

The 7-day guarantee does not apply when:

  • The subscription has been active for more than 7 days from the payment confirmation timestamp.
  • The request is for a renewal or upgrade of an existing subscription (not the first purchase).
  • We have reason to believe the request is made in bad faith — for example, the subscriber has acted on multiple signals and then requested a refund (using the service to extract the value while reclaiming the fee).
  • The subscriber has been suspended for breach of the Terms of Service Acceptable Use section.
  • The subscription is a custom Quant / Enterprise contract governed by its own refund clause.
  • The dispute concerns the profitability or accuracy of specific signals. Signals are probabilistic statistical outputs; their accuracy is not a contractual guarantee and is not the subject of refundable claims.

06Failed or Lost Transactions

If your USDC payment was sent but never matched to a subscription (typical causes: wrong chain, wrong token, wrong amount, payment to a deprecated wallet), contact us within 14 days of the transaction with the tx hash. We will either: (a) credit your subscription if the funds reached an operator wallet, or (b) return the funds if recovery is feasible.

Payments sent to addresses not currently published on the official OIN site or by @OinSignalbot cannot be recovered.

07Chargebacks

USDC transactions on Polygon are non-reversible by the network. Any refund must therefore originate from the operator. If a subscriber initiates a chargeback or dispute through a third-party payment processor (where we ever introduce one), we reserve the right to suspend the subscription immediately and to challenge the chargeback if we have evidence that the service was delivered.

08Annual or Multi-Month Plans

As of the effective date we sell monthly subscriptions only. If annual plans are introduced in the future, the 7-day guarantee on first purchase still applies; pro-rated refunds for unused months will be considered case-by-case but are not promised in this policy.

09Enterprise & Quant Contracts

Quant and Enterprise tier engagements are governed by a separately negotiated written agreement. The refund terms in that agreement override this policy where they conflict.

10Updates

This policy may be updated. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via the Telegram channel at least 30 days before a change becomes effective. Any refund right you held under the previous version on the date you paid will be honoured under that version.
